GENERAL MANAGER – SERVICE PROVIDER SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT, NEC CORPORATION
Hideyuki Ogata is the General Manager of Service Provider Solutions Department, Global Business Unit of NEC Corporation.
He is responsible for developing business for communication service provider customers outside of Japan, leveraging NEC’s core technologies and network integration capabilities such as optical communication, end-to-end network design and delivery as well as orchestrating strategic alliances with global key partners.
Since he joined NEC Corporation in 1998, Mr Ogata’s career at NEC spans almost 25 years in system engineering and business development as well as strategic leadership positions in overseas business.
Especially in the telecommunication systems, he has held both local and global business development and account management roles in almost all regions worldwide, including APAC, EMEA and LATAM.
He earned his MBA from Keio University in 2010 and a Master of Engineering from the Nagoya Institute of Technology in 1998.
